During 2020, the entire world faced an unexpected challenge: the COVID-19 pandemic. This situation presented our client, SMI, a travel insurance brand, with its greatest challenge: showing its users that they would still be there for them when all of this was over, so they could continue to count on an ally for every trip.
For this reason, through a video, we wanted to convey an emotional and inspiring message in light of the current global situation. We wanted to show the international health insurance community that, as a brand, we remain committed and become a channel of hopeful adventure, understanding that this pause is the beginning of positive change. Finally, we show people that unity is strength and that staying home is the way to take care of our only home… The World!
