Since the start of the pandemic, we have witnessed many changes in our lives, beliefs, and challenging situations in family and social relationships. Well-being, happiness, and emotional well-being can be affected in all human beings, especially our children, who, although they have already acquired language, lack the necessary tools to assertively express what they are experiencing. This is why this project, created with much love, gives you—as parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, guardians, or friends—the opportunity to reinforce the courageous behavior and positive attitude these wonderful little ones have shown in facing a situation we never imagined we would experience.
It's time to reward their resilience and courage for having overcome the great challenge of the pandemic, allowing them to learn in a fun way how to manage their emotions appropriately and strengthen the values of love, responsibility, patience, courage, and creativity!
The Values: The way we carried out this process was with the goal of achieving vitality, vision, security, and adaptability, focusing on a successful commitment.
This is how the Grow project was born, which helps and strengthens personal growth and empowerment.
A team dedicated to accompanying and guiding the personal, intellectual, and emotional development of our clients, regardless of age, through innovative ideas and powerful tools from psychology, coaching, and neurolinguistic programming.
The brand identity process began by taking the word "Grow" as a reference point. We felt it was very important to start from this point, since it is a relevant stage of life for children, not only physically, but also intellectually, personally, emotionally, and in many other ways.
Therefore, the letter “w” was designed to resemble a heart, symbolizing love throughout this process of creativity and growth. It was also accompanied by pastel colors, which, according to the palette's meanings, are associated with children's themes.
We also wanted to highlight, through a slogan, the brand's goal of empowering children to be their own heroes.
The most important aspect of this process is giving the corporate image the prominence it deserves. This is how the logo becomes the protagonist of this entire story, emerging from different creative ideas, as explained in the previous point. In other words, a series of adaptations were made to ensure our logo was perfectly present in all possible variations and to effectively highlight its corporate colors.
The legibility of the chosen typography is very important to us. This is why it makes a significant visual contribution and complements the overall design. It is the basic element of our logo, inviting viewers to learn more about the project and fostering strong, effective communication.
With Grow, we wanted to create a color palette that reflected our personality. This way, we convey our message, and the eye-catching message for children is perceived as natural and appealing, drawing our attention to pastel tones.
Based on the project, a series of creative activities were carried out to develop the idea of a box for children that would contain everything they need to be superheroes and feel good about themselves. It has several key elements, which are described below.
The goal of this box is for each child to find different items designed to generate positive anchors (stimuli), based on tools from psychology, coaching, and neurolinguistic programming (NLP). These will help children think, feel, and project themselves as empowered heroes, and from now on, focus their attention on the positive and on how capable they are and will be of facing any situation that comes their way through powerful beliefs.
Taking care of every detail of our GROW Powerful Kids box, we've included edible gummies to help reinforce positive memories and habits in strengthening values and emotional management. They'll be like vitamins so children can recharge their powers whenever they need them.
Reviving the lovely tradition of handmade rag dolls, this time adorned with a superhero cape and shield, we've created a positive anchor for children to identify themselves as powerful beings. As time goes by, when they see this doll, they'll remember all the powers (values) they developed during this stage of their lives: courage, creativity, patience, friendship, and responsibility; powers framed within the greatest of all, which is LOVE.

This is a beautiful and illustrated workbook where children will learn in a fun and engaging way the meaning of the powers (values) they have acquired. They can draw, reflect, and write examples of managing emotions, create affirmation and empowerment phrases, explore their experiences during the pandemic, and focus on the positive aspects of the situation. Each text and image is carefully created and designed to facilitate positive and empowering activities for children.
The wristband will help create a sense of belonging to the world of empowered children, where they can constantly remember their superpowers.
