Activation: Now it's time to earn the audience's trust and interest.

Retention: The goal in this phase is to build loyalty and keep visitors on our website as long as possible. To achieve this, it's essential that they become registered users or leads, which will provide us with their data and allow us to track their progress.

Sales: Our audience has now become actual customers. It's important to make the process as simple as possible, with as few steps as possible, so the customer doesn't give up due to the complexity of the process.
Referrals: This is a post-sales objective where we aim to ensure that customers who have already purchased from us are satisfied, return, and recommend us.
