It all began with an amazing trip through Latin America, where chef José Castro Mendivil was inspired to fuse different Latin American flavors in one place. With this vision, he decided to offer a unique gastronomic journey at Calle 84 bis #13-54 in the Hotel Morrison, Bogotá, giving rise to Guadalupe Latina.

Just as the Virgin of Guadalupe isn't only from Mexico, good results aren't just a matter of luck.

Thanks to the digital strategy implemented for Guadalupe Latina, based on its Latin roots, the restaurant achieved an increase in organic followers, views on its posts, and most importantly, as a result, increased reservations and improved market positioning. Additionally, it is building a community around its fusion dishes, which are works of art for its followers and customers.

From these Latin roots emerges a feed inspired by each country and element that makes up Latin American diversity, resulting in a unique combination of colors, ingredients, dishes, sauces, and cocktails.
With this in mind, the creation of content and audiovisual pieces recreates the feeling of experiencing each country without the need to physically travel there. Some examples to highlight are:
